# Helptivo

> Helptivo is where student clubs, school service groups, and small nonprofits keep their members, events, attendance, volunteer hours, and emails in one place, instead of across spreadsheets, forms, and group chats.

Helptivo was built by Arden Pala, a high school student in San Diego, after running a youth sports nonprofit on spreadsheets. It is made for groups run by volunteers and students, not for large enterprises.

## What it does
- Event sign-up sheets that members can use without creating an account
- QR code check-in and check-out, with volunteer hours calculated automatically
- A member directory with tags, search, and bulk import
- Email campaigns to members, with audience filters
- Custom forms whose responses land in the member directory
- An impact dashboard with exportable reports for advisors, sponsors, and grant applications
- A public page for the organization
- Team roles: Viewer, Moderator, Admin, Owner
- A headquarters view for organizations with multiple chapters

## Who uses it
College clubs and Greek life, honor societies, high school clubs and NHS projects, PTAs, community theaters, youth sports nonprofits, and community service groups.

- Free: up to 150 members, 250 emails per month, 3 team members
- Pro: $9.99 per month, up to 300 members, 1,000 emails per month, 6 team members
